The new SMP 06 are electronic ballast for explosion proof applications. It has been certified for use  in hazardous area due to the presence of flammable and explosive gases and vapors in Zones 1 and 2 in accordance with EN 60079-10. The SMP ballast meets all requirements of EN 60079-0:2009, EN 60079-7:2007, EN 60079-18:2009 and related industrial standards.
