Ex junction box RK/01..
Explosion protected junction box RK .... are used for carrying and distributing electrical power in hazardous areas intended for use in explosive gas and dust atmosphere in danger Zones 1,2, 21, 22, in accordance with related standards EN 60079-10, EN 61241-10.
The junction box RK… (enclosure and cover) are made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide. They are fitted with pillar (mantle) terminals or terminal bloks for cable up to 6mm2. The cover screws and all other external metal parts are made of stainless steel. For cable with armoured cable there are junction boxes available with internal metal plate and external earthing terminal.
